My experience at this company was extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. The work environment lacked professionalism, and communication from leadership was often disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of constructive feedback, interactions frequently felt personal and hostile.
There was little focus on healthy workplace culture or employee well-being. Concerns were not handled maturely, and accountability from management was noticeably absent. The high employee turnover during my time there speaks for itself.
Compounding these issues, salaries were well below industry standards, making it difficult to feel valued or fairly compensated for the work expected. Additionally, the laptops and desktops provided were outdated and basic, which frequently hampered productivity and made day-to-day work more frustrating than it should have been.
A workplace should encourage growth, mutual respect, and psychological safety. Unfortunately, this company failed to provide that. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining to carefully evaluate whether this is the kind of environment they want to be part of.
