The so-called “startup” environment often feels like a low-quality computer coaching class rather than a professional workplace. Zero structure, zero professionalism, zero growth — but big talks. Leadership behavior is equally concerning. Intimidation and threats create a toxic atmosphere, the owner abuses employees, threatens to hit them, and engages in ongoing mental harassment, which only reflects poorly on management. Threatening people like some roadside chapri? True leadership is about building people up, not scaring them. Moreover, the maturity level of the owner is very low — he behaves like a kid rather than a professional leader, which creates a toxic and unproductive environment. The attrition rate is very high. When such a high number of people exit, it’s rarely about individual performance — it’s a reflection of leadership and organizational culture. Despite 15 years in operation, this startup has failed to grow. And the irony? The owner flex like a big founder but still roam around on an electric scooter while the employees come on proper bikes. That’s the level we’re talking about. Embarrassing!!!
