      Pros

      Pardee Properties is truly a work family, an incredible team and the best company culture. I have been work the company for over 17 years, if I wasn't on this team, I wouldn't do real estate. Tami and the management team are present, and incredibly supportive. The environment is fun, exciting, challenging, and never a dull moment.

      Cons

      There are so many amazing ideas in flow, with ideas shifting sometimes its hard to get things done. However in this ever changing market, being able to pivot, and refocus ideas/plans is refreshing and effective.

      There is a lot of connection with our team. Tami is present in our worlds and she pays attention. The environment is beautiful and lively. This is family!

      Some have a misconception that we only sell in Venice. We sell everywhere in LA and even in the desert.
