Pros
Pardee Properties is truly a work family, an incredible team and the best company culture. I have been work the company for over 17 years, if I wasn't on this team, I wouldn't do real estate. Tami and the management team are present, and incredibly supportive. The environment is fun, exciting, challenging, and never a dull moment.
Cons
There are so many amazing ideas in flow, with ideas shifting sometimes its hard to get things done. However in this ever changing market, being able to pivot, and refocus ideas/plans is refreshing and effective.

I have been with the company for 17+ years, and never see myself living. This is one of the best company cultures I have been apart of, and consider everyone my family. We work hard, and make time to enjoy the journey together each day. when I started I didn't know anything about real estate, and now I have been a part of thousands of transactions. Amazing leadership, vision, and the best team support.
Cons
None really! I would say that the days fly by so fast!
