International company whose reach in the Commercial and Residential construction industry is by far, one of the largest in its respective segments. ParexUSA has unlimited growth opportunity and the long-term benefits of job security and upward mobility within the organization. Pay & Benefits are better than most companies I have worked for and the hiring process is efficient and comprehensive. The HR staff at ParexUSA are professional and the communication is excellent. I have been with ParexUSA since April and I enjoy working with each of my colleagues on the Sales side in addition to the Executive Management Team and our Administration and Operations departments. ParexUSA continues to grow by Mergers & Acquisition, as well as, adding new facilities and manufacturing sites throughout the U.S. Many of ParexUSA's employees and management personnel have been with the company over 30 years.

As with any company expanding at the rate of ParexUSA, there will always be "growing pains", but so far my experience has exceeded expectations.
