The company seems somewhat eager to fix the problems at our site. Sending representatives to assess our problems has been bittersweet.
Cons
It doesn't seem like Patheon as a corporation understands large molecule manufacturing. They are obsessed with metrics that don't go well with mammalian cell culture.
