      Pros

      I'm only a couple of months in, but I am truly loving the workplace culture and my manager is the best. I would highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      No downside so far. I work hard and I am compensated. I receive the support needed.

      Working from home is the largest pro.

      The lack of transparency from the executive team and the tasks of being placed on projects you aren't a good fit for.
