Political, favouritism, idiots in management. If you really need a job, take it, else skip for any mid range startup. Every year they fire and then provide appraisal from saved costs. CEO thinks he is Indian Elon Musk. Has a council of fools making him fool daily and the best part he trusts them. Took my soul, I have moved out, don't recommend that place at all.
