Flexible hours. Got staff discount at Food Bayana.

Lack of overall benefits, unclear instructions on internal process, etc. Got some unstated rules. Submit claims for 2/3 months still havent get. OT rate low.

Colleagues are really nice and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Management is bad. It's a revolving door. Big project but lack of time.and when u join, u take over other people's mess which becomes you're mess. If u got an opportunity to join bu5, please do urself a favor and run for the hills.
