- Tagline "Leading Automation Solution Provider", but I guess it only applies for their customer, so everything here in the company is still quite manual, not much automation happened here. - All Management level employees are "老屁股", they are unable to accept and learn new concept of managing a team. - Limited promotion chance I suppose, All the "Managers" works for more than 10 years before they get promoted to that position, so take your time young man. - No strategic planning at all, everything is urgent basis and regular expedite is needed in order to complete a task. - Still believe in "OT=work more" theory, so just burry your head and OT whole year if you wanted to get notice on your work. - Not much communication happening here in the company, so if you wanted to get to know the company, just go and study their Annual Report or follow their news from Bursa or sorts, company wont bother to tell you what's going on. Basically everything still very old fashion here, And please don't believe you can be the one who can make the changes.

- Always OT to meet expectations at a lower rate - Starting Salary is below market value - Slow career growth - No appreciation, rewards, training courses for employee. It's all about work. - Long notice period when resigning - Management focuses on taking in sales only while ignoring employee's well being and workloads. - Favoritism culture
