      Pros

      I loved working with cars. The people I worked with made the day go by faster. Good group of guys.

      Cons

      I love working on cars but the paperwork to follow the job took longer than the actual job itself. The pay wasn't great.

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
