Pros

Pay was decent and they allow some remote work

Cons

Management- Terrible there’s no loyalty and they lack clear and meaningful transparency with their teams. They are not a remote first company so they struggle with relaying information and team building. They have no incentives and don’t care about their employees growth. Retention- They do not pay well for employees not in corporate roles and expect you to work yourself to death. Employees notice this right away and fly out the door. Work Life Balance- Does not exist they want you to work and work and work and are proud of employees who take no days off and use no pto. They blame employees for why the company has retention issues instead of becoming a better company. Very stressful environment. Diversity and inclusion- Does not exist Benefits- pay is okay, 90 days for benefits to kick in, no 401k match, terrible pto, no sick days, no personal days,

Pros

Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

Cons

Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
