Pros
The people are nice. Sales is pretty standard...just pick up the phone/see a customer and figure out if the product is in stock or not.
Cons
Scripts, like getting customers to do the surveys...also, the commercial accounts are douchebags to the max. They won't talk to you unless you are somebody they already know from Pep Express--they'll just hang up on the non commercial sales people.
