      Easy training, entry level. Work orders are relatively simple, techs were overall competent, and management was supportive.

      Cons

      Customers were quite difficult, techs skills were limited, changing hours and nights & weekends.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
