      Pros

      Easy no manual labor or strenuous work. Nice people to work with. Don't need much experience. 20% off discount.

      Cons

      The pay rate is low. You don't make commission on sales you do. Have to change wipers on cars when it's cold outside. Deal with angry customers

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
