      This place is excellent in terms of communication. Very open to ideas and absolutely friendly . It feels good to come to work . Low levels of turnover.

      Company has not a clear idea of its direction.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
