      Pros

      If you love cars it's a great place to meet car people. Pretty good place to learn things you didn't know about automobiles.

      Cons

      Corp leadership are idiots. Lack of investment in retail and service help. Parts selection horrible. Never carried the right parts or quantities. If you are not a Mexican for get advancement in California.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Consistent hours. Account is manageable ADP login has good options.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with toxic management, extremely high stress, unqualified technicians messing up customers vehicles. Difficult to use your PTO or take time off. Can be extremely busy at times multiple shifts without a lunch break having to work past closing time. Also working shifts at time by yourself from open to close with no help.
