frustrating, & cultish - Anonymous employee Percipient.ai Employee Review

it is already clear to me that if you are one of the 5 or 6 founding members at the company, you will be fine & you will be promoted. but everyone else is treated like a child, & your comments & questions ignored if u ask any questions in a meeting. the culture is "be quiet, stop asking questions, keep working long hours, & have faith that maybe things will get better sometime" town halls have gotten to be a running joke. we'll hear "don't worry everything is going to be ok" month after month. nothing ever changes.
