Pros

Working in Perficient has been a rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge my skills and help me grow professionally. The leadership is approachable and my manager has been supportive and motivating throughout. The work-life balance is commendable and the flexibility offered, especially during personal milestones has been truly appreciated.

Cons

The fast paced nature can sometimes be demanding, especially when juggling multiple client requirements. However, it’s a great opportunity to sharpen time management and problem solving skills. Occasionally, cross team coordination may take extra effort but it also encourages collaboration and broadens our exposure to different domains.

Pros

Some of the most professional people I have ever worked with.

Cons

There is no formal path to career advancement. It's very subjective and depends on your reporting manager to advocate heavily for you. Unfortunately, this means that getting head usually requires finding a new role.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
