Pros
The actual department people that I worked with were awesome.
Cons
Upper management does not pay those in the department well...with the exception of the VP...Director's...etc. The support is who gets the job done, but when annual reviews come, you never see your effort in pay. They tell you, you deserve more, and penny you to death, while the VP pockets a fat bonus off of your hard work.
