- Most key knowledgeable engineers have left Blazemeter in both Israel and Prague. This loss was irreplaceable. You will often get the answer "nobody knows anymore" in this project. This explains the negativity expressed in the review "A Company I Want to Forget".
- Prague managers have tried to leave too, interviewed at other companies but failed to pass, that's why they are still there.
- If they have a job opening, it's most likely for someone who left.
- Seniority levels seem randomly assigned in both Prague and Israel. A number of people are above their skill and others below.
- Blazemeter product is too convoluted, a mixture of various technologies, very slow to innovate. The core is in PHP. Do not expect a big contribution or a revolution. If you are looking for easy money it may be ok.
- Prague office is very small, perhaps 18 people including management and product.
- No long term prospects
- Honestly it makes no sense for Perforce to maintain Prague office in its current size.
