My experience with this company was disappointing. Employees should carefully evaluate the risks before joining. Job security is a major concern, as employees can be terminated unexpectedly. There are significant delays in providing important employment documents. Full & Final (FNF) settlement takes much longer than expected and requires repeated follow-ups with HR. HR responsiveness is inconsistent, and employees often need to chase updates multiple times. Exit formalities and documentation are not handled in a timely or professional manner.

There was a structured push for employees to post positive reviews, with promises of rewards and perks. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled False hope given from founder Mr Gaurav. That's why I'd recommend speaking directly with former employees rather than relying solely on online reviews.
