      Nothing Pros here all fake promisses.

      Cons

      - Bad Work culture. - They Will Fire You Once there work is done. - They Will Play with your career. -Not all reviews reflect the actual employee experience. There was a structured push for employees to post positive reviews, with promises of rewards and perks. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled False hope given from founder Mr Gaurav. That's why I'd recommend speaking directly with former employees rather than relying solely on online reviews.

      There were few friends like colleague where there but no one left all been fired layoff happen they used them

Management lacks clear planning and direction. Frequent changes in priorities and expectations. Poor communication between management and employees. Limited career growth and learning opportunities. Employee concerns are not taken seriously. Work environment feels unstable and uncertain. Lack of transparency regarding company decisions and future plans.
