Pros

No micromanaging, feel like I'm trusted to perform my role as asked. Still very early but I am feeling fine.

Cons

No remote work. I feel like my role could be done from home, office environment feels stale some days. Taking a walk outside helps though. Hard to make any connections at work due to the layout. People aren't very friendly outside of my team as well.

Great company to work for, application process was fast and simple. They work with you if on schedule flexibility and give you all the tools resources needed to succeed.

Cons

More advertisment I never heard of the brand Original Penguin just Perry Ellis and Callaway Apparel.
