Pros
My coworkers are hard working and extremely loyal people; always willing to answer a question or go above and beyond to help. There is lots of flexibility when it comes to telecommuting. An extremely family friendly environment. Working hard and exceeding exceptions is rewarded/paid attention to.
Cons
The technology infrastructure operates at a bare minimum. Since the offices are split over three geographical locations there can be a misconception on what actually happens in each of the three areas in regard to contribution to the company and the culture of each office. There has been historically a very high turn over rate which can be frustrating when working on projects.
