There is potential in the product and that is why lots of talented people were willing to put in blood, sweat and tears initially.
Cons
There is too much personality clashes and it's not pretty. Just imagine hearing people shouting at each other over little things almost every single day. Management handled the situation poorly and assumed that people can change overnight. Management has the worst taste in people. People who are unable to produce results are being kept in the company for too long. This reduces productivity and creates more disharmony. Engineering team is provided with impossible time frames with limited resources. Sales and the marketing team is kept too lean to achieve the goals that are set by management. There is lack of appreciation for talented employees in the company. It's absolutely heart-breaking.
