Pros
You will make life long friends in your peer employees.
Cons
They don't pay good, competitive wages, it is a very oppressive environment to work in, they don't like to use positive affirmation in any dealings with you. You will not hear that you are doing a good job ever, but they will give you more and more work and somehow without giving you any monetary increases. Their health insurance is a total joke, you are better off passing it up and getting it elsewhere. They work you very hard and yell at you very unprofessionally. I've never been yelled at by a superior in a work setting like a little kid before. Managers/Directors will take your great ideas and make them their own and then yell at you for not having come up with that idea yourself, even though you just did. They just don't care about their employees whatsoever, it's not a good place to work. Their collections department has been referenced many times in comparison to a sweat shop. They want a lot for very little. I would not recommend working here, I would never go back, EVER! And if you do work here, remember I told you so!
