poor executive leadership - time for albert to go constant redundancies meaning you never feel safe in your role - and you end up having to do two roles for the price of one no chance of progression as constant redundancies mean roles are eliminated and not created its not what you know, its who you know - the same people get the roles, opportunities and benefits they are not people focussed, even when they constantly say they are lot of toxic behaviors in PGS
