Pros
The only pro was the managers never come to office to help or guide you, they are always busy somewhere else mentioning, WORK FROM HOME (that was only for laadla employees)
Cons
Very poor working culture, Seniors or old employees only given all the benefits as they run the company. No Management,no policies. While leaving,no salary given for notice periodmonth mentioning that you have taken assigned leaves which were provided in portal. Seniors ( like Santosh and few other) who instead of helping rule juniors saying you cant go home until I say as if its their school. They make you work like a donkey, pay you for day shift and ask you to work whole night.
