Pros

The only pro was the managers never come to office to help or guide you, they are always busy somewhere else mentioning, WORK FROM HOME (that was only for laadla employees)

Cons

Very poor working culture, Seniors or old employees only given all the benefits as they run the company. No Management,no policies. While leaving,no salary given for notice periodmonth mentioning that you have taken assigned leaves which were provided in portal. Seniors ( like Santosh and few other) who instead of helping rule juniors saying you cant go home until I say as if its their school. They make you work like a donkey, pay you for day shift and ask you to work whole night.

Fresher's heaven. Bachelor's heaven. Yes men's heaven. Work. Eat. Live in office. Go back home to get fresh and come back to office. If you do not have a life then make pharmaace your life.

Cons

No time for yourself and your family. Lack of integrity in people at higher positions causes loss of respect and value for the upper management

Location - it's the only advantage as it's Pune and easily accessible from Mumbai

Cons

So many to share but I will list few important ones - No work life balance at all, don't ever try to get into this company if you want balanced life - bad attitude of senior management - you can't say when you will be asked to put on your papers and leave - pathetic in compensation - no growth Honestly it's a family business, few people running it for their own benefit
