Very relaxed environment and most of the employees are fun to be around. They are very relaxed on not micro-managing for the most part
Cons
The companies managers often let their emotions over rule their ability manage and treat people fairly. They often contradict themselves when it comes to certain company policies. They pay for the employees is horrible unless you are in a management position.
