Hypergrowth consumer startup that truly impacts the lives of those that use it. Tons of growth opportunity as they're very willing to let you try any part of the tech stack you want. Forgiving of mistakes as you're expected to fix them. Some of the smartest and hardest working individuals I've ever met. Extreme advocates of asking for help when needed and providing help when possible. When asked for overtime, they will actually pay you overtime despite being salaried.

Feature delivery expectations are extremely aggressive and it doesn't let up regardless of success. Hence the title, perpetual sprint. Who delivers what and when is front and center which can apply undue stress to an already stressful delivery schedule. You'll constantly ask yourself "Is my name popping up enough for delivery or contributions?". Expect 60 hour avg weeks to be successful. Often have releases well into the night, sometimes past midnight.
