Great place to work with smart leadership who has employees in mind when making decisions

No cons, unfortunately merged with new company

A lot of smart people worked here and the culture was fun at times.

All of those smart people lacked direction and often did not seem to be on the same page. There were too many rounds of layoffs to count. If you work at Picket you will get laid off at some point. The company is barely staying afloat so unfortunately that's just the reality.
