11moAt PIMS, we take great pride in our culture and the systems we’ve put in place to support every team member’s success. Based on this person's detail it is unclear if they worked at PIMS.
Over the past 2.5 years, we’ve implemented a robust and fully documented onboarding and training process across all roles. This includes weekly check-ins with managers and active leadership involvement to ensure that new hires are supported and empowered from day one.
We remain proud of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a collaborative environment. Our overall turnover rate is under 10% and within the department mentioned, there’s been only one departure 18 months ago, for personal reasons.
We’re always evolving, and feedback plays a role in that process. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our organization continues to grow.
