      Pay is good and training is required. But courses are often not partnered with actual day to day business.

      Cons

      Always changing philosophies and will replace you easily if they can find someone cheaper.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
