There are several, but this was the main issue for me: -Lack of understanding and value for the training function: This company does not value talent development initiatives, nor do they care about the quality of the learning that is produced. You will be directed to view a YouTube training video before they spend time and effort on obtaining quality training for their employees. Their hand has to be forced, literally, before they pay for developing their employees. The culture encourages mis-communication and disrespect. Overall, this company is much like a circus - they put on a great show for the customers, but behind the scenes, the performers are constantly scrambling to do what they know they should have done before the show. If you work here, you will see that the ringmaster is to blame.
