Pros
Pinkerton has been a great employer, I have been with the company for over 5 years, and have seen some changes but the overall spirit and since of pride that comes from earning the title of a Pinkerton still holds true. the company is full of advancement opportunities, and the sky is truly the limit for individuals with ambition, and creativity.

As with any corporation, there are challenges and issues that are faced by all large corporate entities.
