      Pros

      I either had it really bad before or Pinpoint just is really that great. It's a startup that has all of the good stuff about them and none of the bad. Just some of the things I love about working here: - A passionate team that truly believes in the vision - The smartest, most down-to-earth colleagues - We like each other. - Leaders who really care about the employee experience and are very transparent - Flexible work that fits your definition of "work/life balance", people live all over the country and globe - Actively encourages personal and career growth - Building for scale, not for the cheapest way to success

      Cons

      If I HAVE to say something, I would say that we don't work at the beach enough ;)

      I can't say enough positive things about the culture and work environment at Pinpoint.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Pinpoint. The environment is collaborate, fast . moving and the people are great. Jeff, the CEO, is super accessible and I was both excited and surprised to see that he was also a developer and one of the main contributors to the code base. He isn't just writing code because he is the CEO either, he actually knows what the hell he is doing which is very impressive. I am able to work from home which makes my life easier and I can focus on work and not always worry about all that is involved with physically being in an office.

      Cons

      I dont really feel like there are very man cons so far. I do wish we had more snacks in our office but thats pretty minimal.
