Simply put: the demand for the product. The pain Pinpoint solves is present and real—ten minutes with just about software engineering leader, and they get it, and want it. I've worked at several different startups, and I've seen first-hand how the best management, the best engineering, the best sales & marketing can't make up for a bad product-market fit. Pinpoint seems to have product-market fit nailed. It doesn't hurt that the people are great too...

I either had it really bad before or Pinpoint just is really that great. It's a startup that has all of the good stuff about them and none of the bad. Just some of the things I love about working here: - A passionate team that truly believes in the vision - The smartest, most down-to-earth colleagues - We like each other. - Leaders who really care about the employee experience and are very transparent - Flexible work that fits your definition of "work/life balance", people live all over the country and globe - Actively encourages personal and career growth - Building for scale, not for the cheapest way to success

If I HAVE to say something, I would say that we don't work at the beach enough ;)
