Hard Working Senior Management - Customer Success Pipeliner Employee Review

Pipeliner is a fast pace growing company which can be challenging at times but great at the same time. You have to be fast and adaptable to the new changes to keep up. Management is always there to help when you need it and helpful, they do expect you to do your job and do it well. We don't have micro management.

If you can't work on your own and adapt to changes quickly this may not be a company for you.

Work from home, decent salary, great product

Working from home is a blessing and a curse. All of your leads are self generated by hounding your linkedIn contacts. Not the best marketing strategy. Sales strategy is very vague and training consist of 1hr meetings each day with the CEO who is also the sales leader. Not a good ideal for a company that wants to grow to have a CEO with two roles. You can only use one bank to receive your payroll. I was told it would cost me to use a different bank to receive my monthly payroll. Speaking of payroll I was never given a clear day of when I would be paid. I was told it would be a couple of days at the end of the month... That makes no sense. If you just need a job to pay bills for a little while this is great otherwise look somewhere else.
