Pros

Health benefits are great, vacation as well. free parking in Pittsburgh

Cons

The work load is heavy. you will take 60-80 calls a day and manage email requests, while being on the phone at the same time. there is always a catch. Environment is polite. if you worked as a csr in the trucking industry before, their systems will be an upgrade. If not, then it will be a confusing mess to you when you start out.

Pros

Flexible hours to an extent Unlimited sick and personal days for salary Health benefits being paid for is nice- but the quality has gone down recently

Cons

Pay was terrible Profit share was less than stellar compared to other companies retirement plans 10 days PTO for 4-5 years is not nearly enough Management has horrible communication in Vehicle Maintenance Said they’d match an employment offer 6 months in and I didn’t get the wage until 2 years into the job
