      Pros

      Pro is you get what you put in, hard work pays off if you run the restaurant to its full potential!

      Cons

      Fratinization shouldn't be aloud....even in very high management! And very high management shouldn't have personal relationship with lower management in a particular store....it's not fair and was very well known through out the company and other ex employees and community!

      You get free meals and pizza.

      Cons

      Extremely low hours and several work days where you get 4-6 hours of work as if driving there doesn't take 30+ minutes to and from. Feels like the more you do the less hours you get.
