      Pros

      Management is direct, understanding, willing to work with your schedule and preferences.

      Cons

      The pay is, frankly, degrading. Being a server isn't degrading, I take pride in my work and I enjoy myself, but slave pay is just insulting.

      Pros

      You get free meals and pizza.

      Cons

      Extremely low hours and several work days where you get 4-6 hours of work as if driving there doesn't take 30+ minutes to and from. Feels like the more you do the less hours you get.
