      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere, awesome employee discounts, incredibly understanding management team, easy job in general, wonderful tips if you're even an average server

      Cons

      Can get catty among the servers, gotta memorize the menu or else customers WILL trick you, low pay, boring "busy" work

      Pros

      You get free meals and pizza.

      Cons

      Extremely low hours and several work days where you get 4-6 hours of work as if driving there doesn't take 30+ minutes to and from. Feels like the more you do the less hours you get.
