Pros
When I worked there it was about 30 employees so things have presumably changed. Anyway, I found pocket gems to be: - a great learning environment - fun - relaxed - food was delivered from a variety of delicious places - good team dynamics. At the time they had hired pivots and I was on a team that adopted a variety of the Agile methods. This included pair programming which really did strengthen team relationships. However, I don't think the rest of the company adopted this particular practice.
Cons
It's really rather hard to think of any cons... I suppose longish hours but it didn't seem that bad.
