Pros
-Great talent from the Product managers, Developers, and Artists. -Environment is open and comfortable place to work in -Most managers seem to be advocates for improving upon processes -Mostly collaborative working environment and everyone is really easy to talk to
Cons
-Preproduction is under used or not at all and blends into the production phase -"Band aiding" seems to be 2nd nature to project sprints -Upper Management takes into consideration opinions but doesn't necessarily confront the conflict to understand what changes are needed. -Approval on processes changes requires you jump through many different hoops. -Projects are sometimes understaffed and expect more than what can be handled.
