Management promotes unqualified individuals, gives backhanded compliments, dishes out petty work assignment aka (quiet firing), they are rebellious to suggestions, always question or second guess decision skills. Makes no movement in creating a positive work environment. Lacks clear directives to make you successful. Sets new colleagues up for failure. Rewards bad behavior, embarrass colleagues in operations meetings. Management lacks customer service skills, does not read emails. Expects you not to speak on topics but notoriously goes silent when needing answers. Internal collaborations are strained, due to lack of training, repetitive issues circling Internally. High turnover in other departments making jobs difficult because your job is highly dependent on others. Internal tone is foul especially direct leadership.
