Flexible working, working from home is commonplace (even before the pandemic) providing better work life balance. Great people
Cons
A company of two halves, some business units are run better than others, to the extent that one may seem rather chaotic vs a more orderly and process driven approach. Frustrating to see the same mistakes being made time and time again with little effort to adopt best practice.
