Can telework, pretty casual office environment, and graduate tuition assistance is offered. Had a great experience with all employees, who are all helpful, kind, and incredibly intelligent. This is a great place to gain experience working in the environmental consulting field.

Office environment can be lonely at times, as employees only have to come into office Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some days can be slow, but that's also the nature of the work with a consulting firm. Communication can be better, but that seems to be something that's being worked and improved upon.
