Pros
Great experience working here. Best suited for extroverts who are self-starters and can take initiative to complete tasks. Can telework, pretty casual office environment, and graduate tuition assistance is offered. Had a great experience with all employees, who are all helpful, kind, and incredibly intelligent. This is a great place to gain experience working in the environmental consulting field.
Cons
Office environment can be lonely at times, as employees only have to come into office Tuesdays and Thursdays. Some days can be slow, but that's also the nature of the work with a consulting firm. Communication can be better, but that seems to be something that's being worked and improved upon.

The company favors self-motivated employees who display initiative and can perform with limited direction and oversight. Great place to begin a career in environmental consulting or build on your career. Good suburban location and facilities in modern building with easy access to I-270 or short bus ride to Metro station. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment close by (RIO in Gaithersburg). Flexible working environment with telecommuting opportunities. Tuition assistance.
Cons
Flexible project-oriented organizational structure doesn't always provide clear path for advancement. Individuals seeking more defined organizational structure and paternalistic management may not be comfortable in this environment. Better suited to self-starters.
